Today it mostly does - word of mouth, a Facebook group, or a directory nobody has updated in years, with no way to see who is available, what it will cost, or whether the work was any good. Tradi is a marketplace for home services in Cape Town: browse verified local tradespeople, compare them, book a time, pay through the platform, and review the work afterwards.
